SHE FOUNDED THE WORKSHOP IN 1987 AND HAS
BEEN TEACHING ART AND SCULPTURE IN KFAR SABA FOR OVER 20 YEARS .
This school for teaching sculpture is one of
the largest in the country . Mrs. Ben Dori started studying sculpture at a
sculpture workshop in Kfar-Saba for young students.
She later continued her studies at the Avni school
and other workshops, such as the Artists' Village of Ein Hod and Shefaim.
THE ARTIST DRORA BEN DORI SCULPTS today in clay,
casting stone and marble, as well as in
natural rocks and wood, casting bronze
and welding material. She is a member of the well-known Herzelia artist group and
participates every year at art exhibitions in the
Sharon area. The municipality of Kfar-Saba
and the Teachers' Association awarded
the artist a special prize .
DRORA BEN DORI’S sculpture “The Capital Stone"
is on permanent exhibition at the entrance to the local education center.
In 1993, at the International Flower Exhibition
“Florish 93“, the mayor of Haifa presented the artist the
CERTIFICATE OF DISTINCTION DRORA BEN DORI believes in human relationships
and she thinks that without warmth and love,
the human flower can not blossom. It needs inspiration
from the world's flora and fauna.
She is a volunteer with the Counsel For a Better and More Beautiful
Israel. ("YISRAEL YAFFA").
She is also a member of the Givataim Artists' Association.
Two of her sculptures are on permanent
display on the streets of Kfar-Saba.
Her sculptures are owned by private
collectors in Israel and are sold
